Key Responsibilities:
1. Member Engagement: Proactively engage with members on the gym floor, addressing feedback to ensure a safe and legal training environment. Foster a sense of community and belonging among members.
2. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive club memberships. Organize outreach initiatives and community events to expand our reach.
3. Trainer Support: Work closely with personal trainers and group fitness trainers, offering guidance and support. Actively recruit and develop professional trainers to enhance the club’s offerings.
4. Brand Leadership: Lead by example, ensuring adherence to Pulse Fitness standards. Champion the execution of gym floor standards and drive the development of engaging group exercise programs.
Qualifications:
– Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively. A passion for developing high-performing teams and driving commercial success.
– Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the fitness industry with relevant professional experience.
– Change Agent: Proven ability to instigate positive change and inspire others. Willingness to lead from the front and adapt leadership styles as needed.
